In this magical setting with its comfy cushions, rugs, handmade picnic table and many extra decorations you and your girlfriends will feel like in a hidden paradise. Maybe you even want to hire this romantic set-up to propose to your loved one? You could even host a baby shower or a bachelorette party in the dreamlike atmosphere. It will be unforgettable for sure!
Whether you'll host your get-together in your backyard, at the lake or in a park: this magical boho setting for adults will make everyone feel immediately in awe. Combined with beautiful dried flowers, the large peacock chair and with the right catering your next event with your girlfriends, friends or family will be a wonderful experience you will remember for a long time.
How does it work?
I deliver the boho picnic with all the decoration to you (climate neutral thanks to my climate) and style it in your backyard or your chosen location (indoor or outdoor). Everything is ready before your guests will arrive.
If you want, I can suggest wonderful catering options for your for a brunch, vegan options as well, or a wine tasting event as well as specially selected wines, fine Indian food, yummie Thai food or any other food option you want to offer. Of course you can also cook for your guests as well and delight them with your own cuisine!

Booking information
Boho Picnic Setting and prices
The deluxe option for small groups (4 to 6 guests) for the boho picnic includes:
Handmade picnic table for the floor | rugs | floor cushions | decoration like lanterns and floor lights | table arch with garlands | plates, cutlery, water and wine glasses | fabric napkins and place mats | hand selected decorational items like dried flowers individually matched to your party
Additionally to the deluxe option you can pick the following extras:

grazing platter with cheeses, meats, fruit, dried fruit, nuts and bread (at a surcharge)

peacock chair with cushion

vegan food and other catering options

wine and extended drink selection (I will gladly organise this for you with the help of Simone & Andi at Viniviva)

Please note: The hiring time for a picnic is max. 4 hours. An extended hiring period or an overnight booking can be arranged for an extra fee. As the weather can be unpredictable, an alternative booking location must be given for a rainy day. The boho picnic will delight your guests also on a covered terrace or inside of your apartment.

My hassle-free full service
I`ll take care of the delivery (climate neutral thanks to myclimate), set-up, personal styling in your garden or chosen location, pick-up (Zurich City, for other locations please send me a request) and the general cleaning of the materials for you. I`ll take care of it all so you can enjoy the time with your guests and your family.

Price for a romantic boho picnic for couples:
395 CHF
In this couple picnic a bottle of wine is included (red, white or rosé, hand selected by Simone and Andi at Viniviva).
I can also happily bring champagne for you and your loved one for a small extra charge.

Delivery, Set Up, Styling & Pick Up
The delivery and pick up of the outdoor sleepover is included in the costs listed above throughout the city of Zurich (Kreis 1 - 11). I`ll very gladly come to you even if you`re living outside of the city. Please contact with other regional requests and I`ll send you an individual quote for delivery and pick-up (calculated at 1 CHF/km from Zurich HB).
